The main cause for de-housing of foam is uneven ratio between black material and white material, which results in the separation of the foam from the steel pipe. Solution: clean the pipeline of the equipment, adjust the flow of foaming equipment, and guarantee the constant proportion of black material and white material.

2. High fragility of full-water pipeline foam

Full-water pipelines are of high material ratio systems, with excessive black material, which can improve overall compression strength and high temperature resistance of the foam.

Part of polyurea foam generating during the reaction has higher fragility, which can be converted by relatively high temperature. If the temperature is too low, the polyurea foam is hard to be converted, which results in high fragility of foam at the pipe head.
