① Uneven color of pipe orifice

Uneven mixture of black material and white material

Solution: Adjust material temperature and mixing pressure.

② Cracking of pipe orifice

(1) Too low environment temperature and curing temperature; (2) Disordered proportion of material; (3) Influence of black material.

Solution: (1) Guarantee curing temperature of water tank; (2). Adjust proportion of material; (3)Check black material.

③ De-housing of water tank

(1) Mould temperature refers to surface temperature of housing; (2) Uneven mixture resulting in shrinkage and decrustation; (3) Properties of board; (4) Poor adhesive property of foaming material; (5) Short curing time.

Solution: (1) Preheat the housing; (2) Guarantee mixing effect; (3) Prolong curing time.

④ Too low or too high density

(1) Error of measuring method; (2) Error of material ratio; (3) Check if gun head is clocked.

Solution: (1) Take free foam core density upon measuring; (2) Adjust material ratio; (3) Clean the gun head.
