On Aug. 16, 2014, Li Yueqi, chief of Jinshan District, Shanghai visited the DCS control room of the 130 project.

On Aug. 16, 2014, Li Yueqi, chief of Jinshan District, Shanghai of the CPC, chief of the district government, and secretary of party organization, among many others showed up and gave instruction.

On Dec. 9, 2014, deputy mayor Zhuang Ming, among mang others inspected and gave instruction on construction of the 130 project.
