Shandong INOV New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2008, with a registered capital of RMB 60 million and relocated to Qilu Chemical Industrial Park in 2014. Covering a floor space of approx. 130.65 mu at No. 58 Fengguan Road, Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Linzi District, Zibo, Shandong, INOV is a professional manufacturer that engages in the downstream derivative of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide as well as polyurethane.

Our main products include basic polyether polyol and polyol system for rigid PU foam, which are applied to such realms as home appliances, solar energy, industrial heat preservation, building, mine, hydropower, and automobile. Now our products have come up to the leading level. INOV also has independent import and export right and has established a worldwide operation and sales network, which allow our products to be sold to more than 50 countries and regions in Southeast Asia, Europe and America and so on and enable INOV to maintain long-term business cooperation with many chemical enterprises of international renown.

INOV lays high stress on technological innovation to boost corporate development. Our science and technology input accounts for over 3% of our annual income. So far INOV has applied for 164 patents, including 155 patents for invention, eight utility model patents, and one design patent. Now we have 57 authorized patents, including 35 patents for invention, eight utility model patents, and one design patent. In terms of our scientific and technological achievements, 14 items for scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the province have been passed. One item won the third prize of science and technology progress award of Zibo, two items won the first prize of science and technology progress award of Zibo, and one item won the second prize of science and technology progress award of Zibo. Furthermore, our company has involved in drafting 13 national standards and two industrial standards.

Our company pays high attention to team construction and talent cultivation and has a vigorous, youthful and highly qualified team. Presently we have 248 employees, including 47 research and development personnel, 5 doctors, and 50 graduate students. 51% of our employees are above bachelor’s degree and 83% of our employees have junior college degree or above. So far we have successfully developed a highly qualified elite team featuring consistent idea, consistent objective, and highly consistent action. INOV has also entered into cooperation with East China University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong University of Technology, and other colleges and universities, to develop high-tech products featuring “low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection”. All-water base spray PU foam of low density, all-water base polyol system with low A/B ratio for pipe insulation, and many other products are first-ever in China and have come up to the advanced level of the world.
